Staff Product Engineer

Up to £175k DOE + equity
Hybrid – Minimum 3 Days p/week onsite

They are looking for a creative and driven Staff Product Engineer to join their team, enhancing design across the company. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and focus on important problems, aiming for impactful outcomes
Engage with customers to gather valuable insights and continuously improve our offerings
Take ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring success along the way
Leverage your experience to make thoughtful decisions that benefit customers
Work efficiently to deliver results quickly

Requirements:

12+ years in full-stack engineering
Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and Go (core tech stack)
Proven track record of high-velocity output and ownership of projects
Experience collaborating with product managers and designers
A customer-centric and product-driven mindset when developing software
