About This Vacancy

As a Project Leader, you’ll oversee challenging rail infrastructure projects, from planning to execution. You’ll coach your team, maintain key client relationships, and ensure high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. With a focus on innovation and collaboration, this role offers the opportunity to drive technical excellence and contribute to transformative rail projects.

Lead and coach a dedicated project team to deliver on objectives.
Serve as the primary contact for clients and manage stakeholder relationships.
Oversee procurement of materials and services for project needs.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Monitor and enforce safety measures and contractual compliance.

What We Expect From You

5+ years of experience in project management or as a project leader, preferably in construction or technical sectors.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Flexible and solution-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Structured approach with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic situations.
Fluency in Dutch AND English
