Admin Project Assistant - Mandarin Speaking - Cambridge, UK

About the Role:
We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Admin Project Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin and skilled in communication. You’ll support the Project Manager in keeping projects on track and organized. A positive attitude, professionalism, and ability to juggle multiple tasks are key.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize meetings (bookings, agendas, minutes)
Support relocation logistics with minimal disruption
Track project tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
Help prepare monthly project reports (status updates, delays, milestones)
Maintain organized project records and documentation
Support general admin tasks as needed
Assist Procurement Manager with:
Supplier selection (clarify requests, strategy approval, ordering, tracking deliveries)
Supplier qualification (information collection, agreement negotiation, certification review)

Requirements:
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Organized, dependable, and a strong team player
Comfortable handling both admin and procurement tasks
