We are looking for a Senior Lead, Software Engineer to join our team in Antwerp.

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

7+ years of work experience in software engineering
5+ years of experience with .Net C#, SQL development and related tools.

It would be great if you also had . . .

Degree in Computer Science, Software Design, or related field
Experience working with cloud-based applications and cloud tools

What will you be doing in this role?

Lead project teams and provide technical expertise for various engineering projects.
Apply technical knowledge to development of products and processes and identify additional value-added opportunities related to specific projects.
Propose, develop, review, and revise new procedures as needed for the continuing development of high-quality systems.
Define architecture of software solution.
Provide technical mentoring to other team members.
Execute department processes and policies. Participate in the creation, implementation, and administration of departmental policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Serve as an internal consultant on specific projects outside of team or department.
Provide innovative suggestions and recommendations for new projects based upon technical and product knowledge.
Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technology to incorporate new developments into products.
Propose technical advances and evaluate new hardware / software for company use.
Automate tests and unit test all assigned applications.
Write application and system technical documentation.

Hours of Work

The expected core hours of engagement will be an 8-hour day starting at CEST 9:00 AM and ending at CEST 5:00 PM. This is a full-time position.

This is also a hybrid position working in the office 2 days in the office
