Our Group is a medium-sized, Swiss industrial enterprise with Headquarters near Neuchâtel. The company employs today around 400 employees worldwide and focuses on the development and manufacturing of high quality, customized heavy industry systems.

To reinforce our IT department at our SWISS Headquarter we are seeking a skilled and motivated

IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR - 100 % - French / English

Your tasks

Manage the day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, etc…) to ensure a performance and efficiency aligned with the organizational needs.
Ensure that IT Infrastructure systems and components comply with defined policies and corporate standards.
Lead IT Infrastructures related projects with a duration of less than 6 months and of medium complexity.
Define, implement and maintain the relevant cybersecurity measures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing second-level support to IT team members and end-users.
Participate to projects to assess and define IT infrastructure requirements.
Design, establish and operate governance related to IT Infrastructure systems.
Develop and maintain an IT Infrastructure roadmap aligned with IT principles and objectives.
Develop and manage the collaboration with external partners involved into the operation of IT Infrastructure systems.
Lead the development, testing and deployment of IT Infrastructure systems updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Create and maintain the relevant documentation related to IT Infrastructures systems and components.
Contribute to the IT risk management process.

Your profile and skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or experience deemed equivalent.
at least 3 years of experience with the IT infrastructure domain.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
Strong knowledge in Entra, Azure Services, Windows Servers, Intune.
Strong knowledge in Network and cybersecurity.
Working knowledge Cloud Solution and Application development.
Working knowledge of Change and Project Management.
Professional certifications (Microsoft, Security) would be a plus.
Excellent Analytic skills and ability to prioritize activities effectively.
Strong customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent ability to collaborate with a local and global team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and process.
