About the Role
As a Remote Admin Assistant, you’ll be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to various teams, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inboxes, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence
Assist in document creation, editing, and formatting
Maintain digital records, databases, and filing systems
Process data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Support team members with ad-hoc administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
A self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
Prior admin or virtual assistant experience preferred
