Desktop Support / Tech Bar (Must be SC Cleared)
Outside IR35 / £200 per day / 6-month contract
On-site, 5 days per week in Whitechapel, London

Desktop Support / Tech Bar Engineer sought, to provide Central Government VIP and senior stakeholder user white-glove support, with their Windows 10/11 and macOS devices.

Training provided for candidates with current SC clearance.

You will be supporting users with Windows 10/11, Office 365, iPhones, and Apple macOS. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software incidents using ServiceNow for asset management, reporting and requests.

It is an essential requirement that you have security clearance and excellent customer service skills.
