Salesforce Lead Developer
6-month Contract – Inside IR35 – up to £630 per day
Hybrid working – London
Must be eligible for SC Clearance

What you’ll be doing:
Salesforce Development / Deployment and Technical consultancy
Responsible for maintaining high code quality, enforcing coding standards, and promoting best practices within the development team.
Lead Developers often remain involved in hands-on development, especially on critical or complex tasks.
Works, promotes and ensures others are working in accordance with the established quality plan.
Play a key role in defining the technical architecture and strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
Promotes and drives the use of tools to improve productivity.
Maximizing performance from the point of view of exploiting benefits
Consolidate, convey and implement the functional, technical and methodology knowledge acquired in this or other projects he or she is involved in.
Works, promotes and supervises the use of centres, leading integration processes to guarantee better use there of in terms of global productivity.
Ensures the alignment of the solution with market trends in his or her area of expertise, incorporating best practices
Ensures sustainability of the solution over time
Defines balanced solutions (demand/viability).
Builds, tests and documents structural elements of the solution
Solves complex problems related to his/her area of expertise
Acts as an expert point of contact with the client’s equivalent areas
Defines work standards or methodologies adapted to the solution
Git version control of CI/CD deployment pipeline
Jira / Confluence or equivalent workflow / online documentation
Ideally qualified with the following certifications: :
Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I , Salesforce Omnistudio Developer, CPQ Specialist , Billing and Communications Cloud certifications

What experience you’ll bring:
Senior / Lead Salesforce developer with 5+ years’ experience delivering complex production-quality solutions.
Ideally experienced with public sector projects and ways of working.
Highly motivated and excellent problem solver with good communication skills and understanding / experience of Agile delivery.
Excellent hands-on development / delivery.
Experienced in supporting design elaboration, peer code review and guiding junior team members.
Specific skills and experience sought:
Salesforce core configuration (object / field definition, lightning page layouts, sharing rules, etc)
Salesforce Service Cloud configuration
Experience Cloud site building
Advanced Flow (low code) experience
Confident in approaching Apex (pro code) development
Familiar with custom Lighting Web Component development
Unmanaged packaging and/or SFDX / Git tracking experience
(including working in / deploying across a multi-sandbox environment)
