Core Requirements
Data Analysis Tools
Proficiency in Power BI (DAX/Power Query/Data Modeling/Visual Dashboard Development)
Advanced Excel skills (Complex Formulas/VBA Macros/Pivot Tables/Power Pivot)
Basic knowledge of SQL (Querying/Aggregation/Multi-Table Joins)
Data Processing Skills
Ability to clean and integrate multi-source data (Databases/APIs/Excel/CSV, etc.)
Strong data modeling mindset to optimize calculation logic and improve efficiency
Business Application
Translate analysis results into visual reports to support business decisions
Adapt analysis frameworks quickly based on dynamic requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Python/R for automation or advanced analysis (e.g., pandas/numpy)
Knowledge of cloud data services (Azure/AWS)
Experience in vertical domains (e.g., Finance/Supply Chain/Sales)
Exposure to data governance or ETL pipeline design
Fluency in Dutch

This position will be consultant contract in the beginning.
