We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Compliance Support Officer to join our growing Compliance Team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in cyber security and compliance - no prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers stay secure.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and manage customer compliance-related queries through our ticketing system.
Provide support to our assessors in the delivery of Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus assessments.
Ensure tickets are triaged, updated, and resolved in line with SLAs.
Assist with drafting customer-facing documentation and FAQs.
Help customers understand requirements and next steps in a friendly and professional manner.
Support internal compliance initiatives and process improvements.
About You
A keen interest in cyber security and a desire to build a career in the industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage your workload effectively.
Confident using computers and comfortable learning new systems.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Positive attitude, proactive approach, and willingness to learn.

No formal qualifications or previous experience in cyber security or compliance are required - we’re looking for potential, not perfection!
