Senior Software Developer Opportunity – SaaS | Remote-first | Forward-thinking Tech Culture

We’re working with a hugely exciting software company that's transforming how enterprise teams manage and optimise their operations. Their core product is already used by household names across the globe - and with major investment and a roadmap packed full of innovation (think: AI, cloud-native architecture, and intelligent automation), they’re now scaling their development team.

They’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a highly collaborative, cross-functional team made up of developers, technical architects, and QA engineers. The team is distributed across the multiple locations, so you’ll be working in a remote-first environment with occasional travel to team meet-ups and workshops.

You’ll be working on a mature but evolving SaaS platform that’s central to their strategy. The roadmap includes big investments in AI/ML, cloud-native development, data lakes/factories, and modernising their already impressive tech stack.
Strong relationships with Microsoft mean you’ll be tapping into their technical expertise and tooling as part of your day-to-day.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product and Delivery teams who are true domain experts, and you’ll be supported with award-winning internal training to bring you up to speed on the impact the platform makes.

What they're looking for:

A solid foundation in C# and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (ideally React)
Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and RESTful API architecture
Someone comfortable in a senior-level role, offering mentorship and bringing strong development practices to the table
Curiosity around modern trends like Rust, Python, or AI/ML is a bonus!
