My client is a successful, growing PBSA developer, offering a rare chance to kickstart your career in a varied, dynamic role. The role
The role will deliver project management and coordination across the business, providing support to the Group Managing Director and Property Services Manager on all property matters, and is a fantastic opportunity for a well-rounded individual to be involved in all aspects of Property Development.
You will focus on these key areas below.
Property Development
Project Support and Reporting
Acquisition & Market research
What you need
A strong Degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
A Master's Degree would be advantageous, as would some experience and understanding of Property Development, Property Finance, and Investment, or Real Estate.
Strong numeracy, writing and communication skills.
Ability using Microsoft Excel is critical for the role.
Competent using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and keen to develop these skills further.
An eye for detail for reading and analysing reports and data.
Highly organised, efficient and punctual.
A keen interest in business, finance and investment, and/or property development.
Good commercial awareness and insight.
