Job Specifications

Devonshire Hayes have partnered with a fantastic organisation to help them hire a Salesforce Release Manager. You will be required to work 1 day in the office and 4 days from home.

Essential
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex code. (LEAD)
Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (e.g., Azure DevOps (Preferred), Azure Pipelines (Preferred), Azure Repos (Preferred), SonarQube, Azure Test Plans (Preferred), Gearset, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, ANT Migration Tool). (LEAD)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for Salesforce. (LEAD)
Experience setting up development orgs and data seeding (OwnBackup)
Experience with Branching Strategy tools (e.g., Github, Bitbucket)
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple releases simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Desirable
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
