Requirements:
Demonstrable and extensive experience/knowledge in data (quality) management, data governance and data mesh principles is an absolute must!
Proven experience in guiding transition processes and strong stakeholder management
A good understanding and affinity for data-related technologies (different types of databases,
data integration, …) and solutions (data platform and its components, …), architecture and
modeling
Knowledge of Elia business and context is a plus.
Proven experience in data governance.
Strong communication skills (both with more technical data profiles and management profiles)
A strong team player who builds a bridge between business and IT.
Analytical, flexible and has excellent planning and organizational skills.
pragmatic and dares to co-create out-of-the-box
has a master's degree, preferably as a (commercial) engineer or IT
Trilingual (French, Dutch, English). German is an asset.
The service can work independently and in a team and come up with creative solutions.
