Job Opportunity: Senior Solutions Architect
Location: Hybrid in Berkshire (Travel to customer sites)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £120,000 + benefits
Start Date: ASAP

A global Microsoft partner is currently on the look out for a Senior Solutions Architect to come in and take ownership of the Azure technical design function within their technical presales team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll collaborate closely with the sales team to engage clients and prospects, crafting tailored Microsoft Azure solutions that highlight their capabilities. You’ll act as a subject matter expert in Azure, providing strategic insights and technical direction that drive both new business and existing client growth.

Senior Solutions Architect Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical Azure expert, staying on top of market trends, competitor landscapes, and the latest innovations to keep the companies solutions cutting-edge.
Develop and deliver impactful technical presentations, proposals, Statements of Work (SoW), and RFP/RFI responses.
Support the end-to-end sales cycle by creating solution content and recommendations tailored to Azure requirements.
Lead solution presentations and facilitate workshops and technical discussions with clients and partners.
Maintain close follow-up with senior technical stakeholders, ensuring queries and information needs are handled effectively and efficiently.

Senior Solutions Architect Key Skills Required:
5+ years’ experience in a Solutions Architecture or Technical Consulting role.
Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Azure-based migrations and cloud solutions.
Deep understanding of Azure landing zones, cloud governance, security, and scaling best practices.
Proven track-record of architecting designs for customers and presenting back to C-suite level stakeholders
Prior experience working for Microsoft partners or consultancies
Microsoft Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) preferred.
