Would you like to contribute to the next generation of medical devices?

We have recently started working with a MedTech company that specialises in building applications that supports doctors in surgery by using 3D Visualisation and real time sensors.

This company are now searching for a Team Lead to manage the C++ focused software team. The team currently has 5 people but they intend on increasing the team size throughout the year.

As the team lead you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the project teams deliverables and ensuring they hit deadlines.

You will also be involved in some technical development but only at a high level, the majority of technical aspects should be completed by your team.

Some other responsibilities include:
- Providing leadership and technical guidance towards the team.
- Offering technical expertise to resolve comp-lex problems, analysing incidents and propose solutions.
- Ensure technological monitoring of development practices, languages and tools

To be suitable for this position you will need these skills:
- Experience of managing or leading technical teams
- Preferably strong experience with C++, however they could also consider strong expertise in Java
- Experience in the medical domain or with 3D geometry is a bonus!
