Key Responsibilities:
Deliver efficient first-line and second-line support for critical trading applications.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues across platforms to ensure seamless operations.
Work collaboratively with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to implement effective solutions.
Supervise system performance and pre-emptively address concerns.
Utilize scripting tools to automate processes and enhance system efficiency.

Key Requirements:
Solid understanding of Linux systems, including command-line utilities.
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Shell, or Unix.
A detail-oriented approach and strong analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
