Data Administrator – Wardle

Six-month Contract

NWF Group are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Administrator to assist in the implementation of a new system.

ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security and data transfer across various databases, supporting both business operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update data systems and databases, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Monitor data integrity and clean up erroneous or duplicate entries.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualisations as needed.
Support in the transfer of data between systems.
Support by providing timely and accurate data queries.
Collaborate with Programme Manager and relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient data workflows.
Ensure data governance policies, standards, and procedures are adhered to.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Skills/Qualifications

Proven experience as a Data Administrator, Database Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge HR and Payroll systems
Proficient in data visualisation/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Understanding of data security and data privacy practices.
