A tier-one consultancy is seeking an experienced and driven Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Technical Lead to join a major security and transformation programme for a prestigious financial services client. This role will be instrumental in architecting, implementing, and leading the end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable AVD solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Architect and deliver enterprise-grade AVD environments
Oversee operations, monitoring, and ongoing troubleshooting
Automate infrastructure using PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, or Terraform
Ensure adherence to stringent security and compliance standards
Collaborate across technical and business teams in a complex environment
Required Experience:
6+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years focused on Azure Virtual Desktop
In-depth knowledge of Azure IaaS, networking, Entra ID (Azure AD), and storage
Hands-on experience with FSLogix, Intune, and infrastructure-as-code tools
Strong understanding of user profile management, image management, and application delivery
