About the Company:

You’ll be joining a specialist operations consulting firm that partners with some of the most innovative companies in the financial services, capital markets and fintech sectors. As a Technical Onboarding Manager, you will be seconded to one of our key clients—a fast-growing fintech company delivering cutting-edge SaaS solutions for financial clients. You’ll be embedded with their team, playing a vital role in helping financial institutions transition onto their platform, while benefiting from the support and career development opportunities provided by your employer.

About the Role:
Lead the end-to-end technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and customer success teams to tailor onboarding workflows.
Configure client accounts and support data ingestion, validation, and reconciliation processes.
Provide hands-on support with Advanced Excel and work with SQL queries for data troubleshooting.
Educate clients on best practices and platform capabilities.
Document onboarding procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal onboarding tools and resources.

Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in technical onboarding, implementation, or a closely related client-facing role.
Experience working with SaaS solutions, ideally in the financial services space.
Exposure to Collateral Management workflows—whether from a bank, asset manager, custodian, infrastructure provider, or software vendor—is highly desirable.
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.).
Basic to intermediate SQL skills are a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
