Knowledge of PowerShell, REST APIs and automation / scripting for configuration and integration tasks.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead projects independently or as part of a larger team.

Implementation and Project Delivery Experience:
Track record of end-to-end PAM project delivery, including requirements gathering, architecture design, deployment, and handover.
Experience working in hybrid environments (on-premises, cloud, and multi-cloud PAM strategies).
Ability to conduct technical workshops and design sessions with security teams and infrastructure stakeholders.
Skilled in creating technical documentation, such as HLDs, LLDs, and operational runbooks tailored to regulated environments.
Familiarity with change control procedures, ITIL frameworks, and enterprise service delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, DevOps).

Preferred Qualifications:
One Identity Safeguard certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience / certification with other enterprise PAM technologies (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Okta, etc.).
Familiarity with compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR.
