The role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated GTM Data Executive to join our Customer Experience Team. This role is perfect for someone early in an analytics or marketing career who enjoys working with data, automation tools, and process improvement. You will be instrumental in maintaining clean, enriched, and accurate data that powers campaigns, retention efforts, sales activities, and product strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with various teams to ensure our data is campaign-ready, continuously optimised, and supports our go-to-market initiatives.

The part you’ll play

Data Platform Support: Monitor live data and flows across our platforms and ensure data is correctly syncing to key departments. Build and maintain enrichment workflows in tools like Clay and HubSpot.
Data Enrichment & Quality: Identify and resolve duplicate or incomplete records, tagging and categorising data to maintain accuracy across systems. Carry out ad-hoc lead and account research to support data hygiene, ensuring alignment with our Ideal Client Portfolio.
Continual Improvement: Stay current with platform updates and tools, suggesting improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and data utility.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing to align data for campaign strategies and retention efforts.
Process Ownership: Support the creation and refinement of workflows that improve the quality, efficiency and accessibility of data across the business.

The skills you’ll need

Degree-level education is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with CRM and data platforms (HubSpot, Clay) and understanding of marketing/sales workflows.
Competency with spreadsheets, conditional logic, and basic formulas.
Comfortable with research, data manipulation, and process-driven tasks.
Interest in learning technical concepts such as APIs, enrichment tools, and data logic.
Awareness of eCommerce principles and lead generation tactics would be a bonus.
