About the Opportunity
We're hiring on behalf of a fast-moving, well-funded Web3 startup that’s building at the cutting edge of blockchain—whether that's DeFi protocols, decentralised identity, gaming infrastructure, or emerging Layer 2 solutions.

We're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Blockchain Engineer with a proven track record in both traditional software development and blockchain-based systems. This is a hands-on technical role with high ownership and impact, ideal for engineers who thrive in dynamic environments and want to shape the future of decentralised products.

Key Responsibilities
-Design, develop, and deploy full-stack blockchain applications.
-Write and audit smart contracts (primarily in Solidity or Rust).
-Build performant APIs and scalable backend systems (Node.js, Go, or similar).
-Develop frontend interfaces using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
-Integrate with major blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, or Layer 2 solutions).
-Own architecture decisions and help drive technical strategy.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and security teams.
-Ensure best practices in security, performance, and testing.

What We're Looking For
Must-Have Experience
-5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
-2+ years of hands-on blockchain development (smart contracts, dApps, etc.).
-Deep understanding of full-stack application development.
-Proficiency with smart contract tools like Hardhat, Foundry, or Anchor.
-Familiarity with EVM-compatible chains or other major blockchain ecosystems.
-Strong grasp of secure coding practices and system design.

Bonus Skills
-Open-source contributions or Web3 side projects.
-Experience with Layer 2s, zk-rollups, or cross-chain infrastructure.
-DevOps skills: CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure-as-code.
-Prior startup or leadership experience.
