About The Role

We're looking for an Software Engineer who excels at the intersection of multiple systems and can transform complex technical challenges into elegant, sustainable solutions. In this role, you'll be the critical bridge between our platform and our enterprise clients' diverse systems landscape.

Technical Requirements

Development Experience: 3+ years across multiple languages (TypeScript, Node.js, Ruby, Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, C#)
Integration Expertise: Proven success building API-based integrations with knowledge of platforms like Zapier, MuleSoft, and IFTTT
Cloud Proficiency: Experience with AWS ecosystem, particularly Lambda functions and serverless architectures
Communication Technologies: Implementation experience with text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and WebRTC protocols
Database Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of PostgreSQL and other relational/NoSQL database systems
Protocol Understanding: Expertise with REST APIs and web standards including HTTP(S), SSH, UDP, TCP
Data Engineering Skills: Experience with end-to-end data workflows across cloud-native and legacy environments
Architectural Vision: Ability to design scalable integration solutions balancing immediate needs with long-term growth

Primary Responsibilities

Solution Development

Design and implement secure integrations connecting client systems with the Datasumi platform
Create reliable data pipelines for cross-system information processing
Develop speech processing integrations using text-to-speech and speech-to-text technologies
Implement WebRTC-based solutions for real-time audio/video requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on comprehensive customer solutions

Client Engagement

Partner with customers to gather requirements and develop feasible technical approaches
Build proof-of-concept demonstrations for stakeholders
Provide expert consultation throughout the integration lifecycle
Ensure solutions meet security compliance standards and industry best practices

Engineering Excellence

Write high-quality, well-tested code primarily in TypeScript and Node.js
Develop efficient AWS Lambda functions for integration workflows
Optimize PostgreSQL database queries and schemas for data processing
Utilize AWS cloud services for scalable, resilient service integrations
Apply serverless architecture principles for cost-effective and highly available solutions
Contribute to our integration framework, tooling, and documentation improvements
