Virtual Build Engineer - 35941001 / 35941096- £33.88/hr (Umbrella Rate)

As a Virtual Build Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and automating processes that drive efficiency and quality in the technical product development sector. What You Will Do

Collaborate with internal teams to collect and compile both non-geometric and geometric data, using in-house CAD software.
Identify opportunities to automate existing processes within virtual factory workflows and build required KPIs.
Develop programming code in languages such as Python, VB, Java, and Matlab to automate manual processes, saving time and enhancing quality.
Create user-friendly training materials and deliver process training to team members.
Support method reviews by contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
Document processes through user guides and manuals to ensure seamless knowledge sharing.

What You Will Bring

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VB, Java, Simulink, and Matlab.
Experience with CAD software, particularly 3DX CATIA.
Strong MS Excel skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
A degree in Programming, Electrical, Mechanical, AI, or Software (preferred but not essential).
