Senior DevOps Engineer - Twelve

Location: Paris or remote within France

A fast-moving trading firm at the intersection of technology and digital assets is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build and scale its core infrastructure. The team operates at high performance and low latency, supporting institutional clients across global markets.
You’ll work on complex, high-uptime systems in a small, senior team that values trust, autonomy and impact.

What you’ll do
• Design and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes
• Build and run observability systems with Prometheus, Mimir and Loki
• Support migrations involving ClickHouse and other high-throughput databases
• Improve deployment pipelines and internal tooling
• Contribute to security, reliability and performance across systems

What we’re looking for
• Expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform and CI/CD tools
• Experience with observability stacks, ideally Prometheus-based
• Strong infrastructure and systems engineering background
• Ability to work independently in high-trust environments
• Experience in regulated or high-availability settings

Nice to have
• Familiarity with ClickHouse or KDB
• Knowledge of Kafka or NATS
• Exposure to cybersecurity frameworks or FinOps
• Interest in crypto markets or trading (not required)
