IT Onsite Support Engineer - SC Cleared

Location: Southeast England | Security Clearance Required (SC Cleared or Clearable)

Contract | Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week (Flexible shifts between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday)

Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong customer-facing skills and current Security Clearance (SC)?

We're hiring for an exciting onsite opportunity where you'll play a vital role supporting end users with hardware and software issues that go beyond the capabilities of a traditional service desk.

Key Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face IT support to users, acting as the onsite resolver group for hardware and software incidents.
Work on tickets assigned via Helpdesk, Level 2 teams, or self-service, including hardware fixes, cabling issues, software rebuilds, and mobile device replacements.
Support office moves ranging from individual desks to larger group relocations, including occasional out-of-hours work.
Collaborate closely with Telephony and other technical teams to deliver smooth support experiences.

Requirements

Active SC Clearance (or eligible to transfer).
Proven experience in an onsite IT support role.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional out-of-hours support.

Contract Details

£200 Per Day Inside IR35
4-5 Months Initial Contract
On-site
SC Cleared or Clearable
