About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and people-centric Customer Success Manager to join us on a freelance basis. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from first contact through long-term partnership. This includes onboarding new clients, delivering product demos, nurturing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand our impact.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding through ongoing success
Conduct engaging demos and training sessions to showcase the Neuroworx platform
Act as the main point of contact for client communications and support
Monitor client health and proactively address any issues or concerns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client feedback informs product development
Identify growth opportunities within accounts and support upsell/cross-sell initiatives
Help refine and improve our customer experience processes as we scale

Ideal Background
2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
Experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or recruitment-related industries is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Comfortable running product demos and training remotely
Tech-savvy and adaptable in fast-moving startup environments
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
