JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Opportunity: Lead Data Analyst
Location: Gaydon
Function: Business Planning and Transformation – Creative
Duration: Contract
Umbrella Rate: £33.88–£34.27 per hour
We are currently seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join a forward-thinking Creative team within a prestigious Automotive organisation. This role supports data design, analysis, and visualisation, enabling better decision-making through innovative digital tools. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data input, automate processes, and build impactful reporting solutions.

Role Responsibilities:
Transform complex data into clear, visual insights using PowerApps and Tableau.
Develop and maintain automated data input and management processes across the Creative department.
Enable data-driven decision-making by identifying trends and patterns across known and unknown data sources.
Present insights and findings through comprehensive reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Skills & Experience:
Strong background in data visualisation tools including Tableau and Tableau Prep.
Skilled in Microsoft 365 suite including SharePoint Lists, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and general Office tools.
Able to analyse complex datasets to produce actionable insights.
