Have you experience of CI within a Manufacturing Environment?
Are you looking for a role in which you can come in and make a big impact?

If so, we're looking for you to start our lean journey. We're a huge, long standing Manufacturing Business with a rich heritage in the West Midlands. A team where many of us have decades of service and we're looking for you to join and head up our Continuous Improvement strategy in the short, medium and long term.

26 days per year plus bank holidays.
Monday to Friday 8.30-4.30

Responsibilities include a range of objectives from implementing Kaizen and Lean practices and other logical approaches to improving efficiencies to mentoring and developing a CI culture across the business.
