We are looking for a Data Scientist to join a global consultancy team and support the rollout of a cutting-edge data reduction system for a prominent pharma client. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale data strategy, helping to shape data structures, integrate data, and develop new analytical functionalities to enhance data visualization.

As part of the Data Strategy & Reduction Group, you will play a pivotal role in improving analytical capabilities, ensuring robust data transformation, and enabling seamless integration across systems. Your work will directly support the broader data strategy, delivering actionable insights and driving innovation in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize data models to support data reduction and insights generation.
Manage and integrate efficient data pipelines.
Collaborate with business analysts to understand data requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
Implement advanced analytical models and statistical techniques to enhance data processing and visualization, specifically within Spotfire.
Design and deploy automated workflows for scalable, impactful insights.
Contribute to data quality initiatives, including anomaly detection, data cleansing, and validation.
Develop and refine best practices for data science applications in a pharmaceutical environment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members (if applicable).

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics).
3+ years of experience in data science, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector.
Strong expertise in data management, visualization, and analytics concepts.
Proficiency with Tibco software platform, especially for data visualization (Tibco Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI are a plus).
Solid programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with large datasets, ETL processes, and optimizing data pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data challenges into clear, actionable solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Availability to work from the office at least once a week.
Experience with cloud-based platforms and agile methodologies is an advantage.
Familiarity with laboratory workflows, scientific data handling, and regulatory standards is desirable.

Contract Details
6-12 month Contract (Extendable)
Work with leading Pharma
Daily Rate: 350€-400€
Start Date: May 2025
