About us:
Connectr Talent Technology is a HR technology business, part of a wider group business – Connectr. The group business has Diversity & Inclusion baked into its DNA and this is at the heart of our mission. We work as an Agile Product Engineering team to innovate and improve our product. Connectr for Candidates is focussed on improving the candidate experience and improving conversion of diverse talent through the recruitment process. We aim to level the playing field for underrepresented talent and reduce drop-out rates from job offer to day one.

Connectr champions an inclusive, respectful, and creative culture for our own people, values which are reflected in our Engineering team (50% female). We show care and candour in everything we do. We embrace new ideas, take calculated risks, communicate openly and proudly deliver our shared mission. When we are not working remotely, we are based in the Southbank Technopark, alongside other tech start-ups, in the vibrant Elephant and Castle, with its excellent transport links and Mercato Metropolitano food market.
