Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Design, develop, and optimize cryptographic protocols and blockchain architecture
Evaluate and implement consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and security models
Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) for enterprise use cases
Create secure, scalable solutions for digital asset management and cryptocurrency operations
Design and implement cryptographic algorithms meeting stringent security requirements
Research & Innovation
Stay at the forefront of blockchain technology, cryptographic research, and Web3 developments
Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments of blockchain implementations
Research and prototype emerging cryptographic techniques relevant to our product roadmap
Develop frameworks for quantitative analysis of blockchain networks and cryptocurrency assets
Design and optimize DePIN architectures for real-world applications and infrastructure
Contribute to technical papers, open-source projects, and industry standards
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with data science teams to integrate blockchain solutions with AI/ML workflows
Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Provide technical guidance and mentorship on cryptography best practices
Partner with security teams to ensure robust protection of digital assets and private keys
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Mathematics, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in blockchain development, cryptography, or distributed systems
Demonstrated expertise in at least one major blockchain protocol (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, etc.)
Strong background in cryptographic principles and implementation
Experience with smart contract development and security auditing
Technical Skills
Advanced programming skills in blockchain development languages (Solidity, Rust, Go, C++)
Deep understanding of cryptographic primitives (hash functions, digital signatures, zero-knowledge proofs)
Experience with blockchain development frameworks and tools (Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js)
Knowledge of consensus mechanisms (PoW, PoS, DPoS, BFT variants)
Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and tokenomics
Strong understanding of Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN)
Experience with secure multi-party computation and digital asset custody solutions
Understanding of regulatory frameworks around cryptocurrencies and digital assets

Contributions to blockchain open-source projects or technical standards
Experience with enterprise blockchain implementations (Hyperledger Fabric, R3 Corda, etc.)
Publications in cryptography, distributed systems, or blockchain technology
