Level 3 Application Support Engineer – COTS & Cloud
Brussels/ Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium | Start 30 Jun 2025 | ⏳ 6-month contract (extensions likely)
NATO Secret clearance required

Why this role?
Shape NATO’s cloud journey: keep mission-critical COTS apps running while steering their migration to Azure/AWS.
Own Atlassian at scale: design and automate Jira Service Management & Jira Software in a private-cloud stack.
Work with elite peers: collaborate in a high-impact, multinational environment.

Your mission
Provide expert L3 support for on-prem COTS applications and new cloud workloads.
Build & run containerised services on Kubernetes.
Tune CI/CD pipelines, Entra ID roles, and cloud resources.
Log, track, and resolve incidents; curate a living knowledge base.
Coach users and teammates on best practices.

What you bring
Strong track record in COTS deployment & L3 support.
Hands-on Azure/AWS and Kubernetes know-how.
Deep Atlassian admin skills (JSM, Jira, Confluence).
Solid Linux/Windows, SQL Server, IIS, networking, PKI.
NATO-nation citizenship and NATO Secret (or national equivalent) clearance.
Fluent English (French an advantage).

Nice-to-haves: GENPACT Sequence, CITI Manage ID, HR IT systems, knowledge of NATO security directives.
