Ride Attraction & Partnerships Engineering Solutions Director
Location: Hybrid – London, Blackfriars

We are seeking a visionary Ride Attraction & Partnerships Engineering Solutions Director to lead our technology solution strategy for enterprise initiatives. You will oversee a team of architects and technical specialists, ensuring innovative, scalable, and secure technology solutions.
This individual will need to bring forward experience of architecting technical systems that customers and guests are interacting with to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience at our attractions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Solution Development: Align technology solutions with business goals, driving efficiency and scalability.
Solution Design and Delivery: Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with senior leadership and key business units to align with strategic initiatives.
Agile Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies and foster a culture of experimentation.
Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a diverse team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Drive agile methodologies and champion continuous improvement.
Skills and Competencies:
Expertise in scalable solution design.
Strong knowledge of modern technologies (e.g., cloud computing, microservices, APIs, DevOps).
Ability to lead and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
