Role & Responsibilities

As a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, you’ll play a central role in shaping AI projects that deliver measurable value. You’ll be responsible for turning business challenges into data-driven solutions and ensuring successful project execution from ideation to deployment.

Key tasks include:

Leading daily project follow-ups and proactively managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Translating business needs into actionable AI and data requirements
Coordinating with AI teams, IT, and various departments including Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Process teams
Overseeing testing, monitoring, and quality control of AI implementations
Facilitating workshops and meetings fluently in Dutch, French, and English
Communicating clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone with a business-first mindset, technical curiosity, and the ability to bring diverse teams together.

You bring:

A university degree in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in AI or Data Analytics project delivery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Creative thinking and excellent communication abilities
A collaborative attitude across functions and teams
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English

Bonus Points For:

Knowledge of SQL or other data querying tools
Familiarity with AI tools or environments, including Generative AI solutions
Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
