We're Hiring: Engineer / Engineer Team Manager (IT & Telecoms)

Location: Bolton HQ with client site visits
Hours: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running – managing system installs, solving connectivity hiccups, integrating with our existing team and keeping our clients happy with top-notch service.

What you'll be doing:
IT Support & Networking: Troubleshooting, system installations, Microsoft 365 setups, Windows support. Desktop support using our RRM systems.
Telecoms Solutions: Installing and supporting VoIP systems, hosted phone solutions, SIP, and multi-site routing.
Internet & Connectivity: Helping clients with broadband, fibre, leased lines, and Wi-Fi.
Cybersecurity & Compliance: Applying best practices and basic compliance knowledge.
Client Support: You'll be the face of Digicomm360 at times, so excellent communication and a “can-do” attitude are essential. Incentives and rewards are available for adding value for customers, feedback and additional sales generated.
What we need from you:
Strong understanding of IT and telecoms systems.
Great communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A full UK driving licence is ideal
A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

Coding skills aren’t required – we’re after someone who knows the practical tech and loves helping others.
