About the Role

We're partnered with a cutting-edge, high-frequency trading firm that operates across decentralized and traditional markets. They’re looking to add a Software Engineer to their core engineering team to help build high-performance trading infrastructure. You’ll work hands-on across the stack — from systems design and trading logic to execution pipelines and infrastructure tooling — in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

No prior experience in crypto or DeFi is required — just strong programming skills and a willingness to learn new technologies (Rust/C++ moving forward).

What You’ll Do
Write production-quality code in Rust and Python (prior Rust experience not required)
Build performant, reliable systems that interact with on-chain and off-chain infrastructure
Develop real-time monitoring, strategy tooling, and execution frameworks
Optimize system performance across latency, reliability, and throughput
Collaborate closely with a team of elite engineers, quants, and traders
Progress toward end-to-end ownership of critical infrastructure components

Qualifications
1–4 years of professional software development experience
Strong foundation in computer science — algorithms, data structures, systems, etc.
Experience with at least one systems or statically typed language (e.g., C++, Java, Go, Rust, C#)
Clean, efficient coding style and familiarity with production-level systems
Evidence of technical excellence (top academic background, competitive programming, or experience at selective firms)
Self-driven, fast learner with clear and direct communication skills
