About the role:
In this placement, you'll support our Energy Team on a wide range of projects focused on power systems for data centres. You’ll gain hands-on experience in system design, analysis, and implementation, while working in a collaborative, inclusive, and dynamic environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop technical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and analysis of power systems and electrical networks for data centres
Conduct simulations and modelling of power systems
Develop technical documentation and reports on engineering activities
Monitor performance and assist in reporting on operational power systems
Collaborate with colleagues to develop new engineering solutions
Contribute to implementation and testing of power engineering projects
Explore renewable energy solutions and battery storage integration
Engage in regional projects across EMEA
Use advanced Excel functions for analysis and project coordination
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas

What we’re looking for:
Currently studying or recently graduated in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related field
Strong understanding of power systems and electrical networkd
Experience or interest in using engineering software
Analytical mindset with a genuine passion for sustainable energy solutions
A collaborative team player who’s also comfortable working independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
