Lead Software Engineer / Developer (C# .Net AWS) Nottingham / WFH to £80k

Opportunity to progress your career, in a hands-on technical leadership role at a successful and growing tech company.

As a Lead Software Engineer you'll join a new Agile team with a focus on adding new features around KYC and credit checking, you'll mainly be working on the C# .Net, SQL backend but you'll also have exposure to the front end (c20%) using AngularJS but transitioning to more modern micro-frontends in React. There's a supportive team environment where you'll help to mentor others to reach their full potential, taking ownership of technical projects and contributing to high level architecture discussions and LLDs.

Location / WFH:

There's a remote interview and onboarding process and you'll be able to work from most of the time, meeting up with the team for constructive meetings once a month in the Nottingham office.

About You

Youre an experienced Software Engineer with strong C# .Net and SQL backend skills

You have a good knowledge of microservices and AWS experience

You have experience with JavaScript and React or Angular

You have experience of creating LLD (Low Level Designs) in conjunction with software architects

You are collaborative, happy to mentor others and work with other Technical Leads / Agile Squad Leaders

You have a strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices

Youre likely to be degree educated in Computer Science or similar technical discipline
