Job Title: Site Closure Fibre Planner
Contract: 3-month extendable contract
Location: Field-Based (North of England or Scotland)
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Fibre Planner looking for your next contract opportunity? We are seeking a Site Closure Fibre Planner to support major network rationalisation and site closure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Planning: Ensure site closures have minimal service impact and align with planned outage windows.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with project teams and external engineers to meet Vodafone standards and timelines.
Network Validation: Ensure network accuracy in GIS systems and verify readiness before changes.
Audits & Risk Management: Conduct detailed network audits and proactively identify risks, reporting them to stakeholders.
Project Coordination: Attend project meetings, liaise with the Fibre Delivery Manager, and contribute to planning discussions.
Design & Documentation: Create high-level and low-level designs, including splicing schedules and schematics.
Records Management: Work with the records team to maintain up-to-date network documentation.

Requirements:
Strong experience in GIS systems
Knowledge of Vodafone/OLO national networks
Proven background in fibre network planning
Ability to work field-based in Northern England or Scotland
