Our fantastic R&D team in Ireland and in Belgium is looking for a Product Development Technologist/Scientist. As part of a team of Product Developers, this role will lead R&D workstreams to deliver our innovation and productivity plans working in cross-functional teams.

The role offers opportunities to grow your skills and career as part of a fast paced ,creative, and globally connected R&D team.

In this role, you will :

Deliver exciting Product Development workstreams as part of wider project teams to contribute to the delivery of our 2025 Innovation and Productivity Pipeline
Hands-on development of juices and smoothies that taste great, nourishing our consumers one sip at a time
Working with our marketing teams, create great concepts for our 2026+ plans and take them through to launch
Keep stakeholders up to speed with progress, risks and recommendations
Contribute to our culture by bringing a continuous improvement, growth mindset and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise
Our factories and suppliers are all over Europe so you’ll need to be happy with regular some travel

This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role.

The successful candidate will have :

Minimum 2:1 Degree or equivalent in Food Science or related discipline
At least 3 years FMCG Product Development experience, juice/beverage experience is preferred, putting the consumer first
Able to work independently and as a team
Skilled in prioritisation
Problem-solving is second nature
Analytical, critical thinker able to interpret and analyse data to reach clear conclusions
Creative and calculated risk taker

Great communicator using a variety of styles for different audiences both internal and externally

This role is available for Ireland or for Belgium.
