Job Description:

Assisting the NESO manager locate and audit existing inhouse and 3rd party processes
Reviewing existing software and CMDB capabilities and evolving correction action so said systems are maintained
Capturing access control methods, and physical security needs
Creating solid plans to assist in the migration of processes, procedures and supplier mechanisms from 3rd Party to NESO
Dependency and Risk Management
Stakeholder Management
e-Permit Management
CMDB management and updates, along with Network Discovery capability.
Required Active Security Clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
Change Management
ServiceNow and E-Permits, approval, and creation
Incident Management
Capacity Management
Access Management
Stakeholder engagement
Active Security Clearance is needed.
Providing Safety briefings / Site inductions
Everyone working in the DCs must be inducted or escorted by an approved, inducted person.
Accredited to one or both of the following certifications
CDCTP: Certified Data Centre Technician Professional
CDCMP: Certified Data Centre Management Professional

Konwledge/Experience:
A self-starter, results driven, highly motivated
Exceptional planning skills, and stakeholder management
A problem solver, and able to live in the grey to find outcomes
Strong people skills, good at listening, leading and ability to flex to hit early milestones.
