Senior Compliance and Ethics Manager (MedTech)
Fully Remote (UK/EU-Based) | 6-Month Contract | June/July Start

(Also looking for a Permanent Compliance and Ethics Business Partner with additional US experience.)

A high-growth UK-based MedTech company is seeking an experienced Compliance and Ethics Business Partner to support its global expansion and lay the groundwork for long-term regulatory success.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Legal and Business Affairs Officer, you’ll lead the implementation and operational delivery of a global compliance programme. Key focus areas include:
Anti-bribery and corruption controls
Data privacy and patient data governance
HCP/HCO engagement and transparency
Distributor compliance and third-party training
Practical delivery across 30+ international markets

What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading compliance in a medical device or healthcare organisation
Familiarity with indirect go-to-market models and distributor networks
Hands-on experience operationalising compliance programmes
Exposure to global markets, including emerging regions
Ability to collaborate across functions (Regulatory, Medical, Finance, Audit, Marketing etc.)
Comfortable working in evolving, resource-constrained environments
US healthcare compliance knowledge is a bonus, but not essential for the interim post

Also Hiring: Permanent Compliance Lead (US Experience Required)
In parallel to this freelance assignment, we are also recruiting a permanent Compliance and Ethics lead with strong knowledge of the US healthcare compliance regime. If you’ve worked on US-facing compliance programmes, particularly involving FDA-regulated MedTech, ABAC frameworks, or HCP/HCO engagement in the States, I'd be especially keen to speak with you.
