Electrical Engineer – E-Plan Expert | Automation & Robotics

Ronse, Belgium | Hybrid Work | Dutch or French (Dutch preferred)

We’re seeking someone who goes beyond the schematics — someone with strong E-plan experience, deep engineering knowledge, and a collaborative mindset. If you want more autonomy, technical depth, and impact… this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do:
Own the electrical scope of automation projects from concept to completion
Design full electrical systems using E-plan: schematics, cabinet layouts, I/O lists, and component selection
Collaborate daily with mechanical and software teams to build integrated systems
Select and implement automation hardware (PLCs, drives, sensors, networks, etc.)
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and best practices
Be the go-to expert for electrical design in high-tech robotic environments

What You Bring:
5–10 years of electrical engineering experience in industrial/automation environments
Expert-level E-plan skills (both design & detailed engineering)
Strong knowledge of PLCs, motor control, bus systems, and automation components
Familiarity with mechanical schematics and cross-disciplinary teamwork
Fluent in Dutch or French (Dutch preferred)
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering is ideal (Bachelor’s also considered)
