Hypercare Engineer – M365 Migration Support
Rate: £450/day | Location: Warwick/Wokingham (4x/month)
Join a high-impact M365 tenant-to-tenant migration project! As a Hypercare Engineer, you'll deliver expert L2/L3 support during the post-migration phase—ensuring users transition smoothly to BAU.
What You’ll Do:
Resolve M365 issues (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams) during hypercare
Handle advanced troubleshooting, break-fix, and ITSM ticketing (e.g., ServiceNow)
Collaborate with migration teams and document solutions for future use
Create user guides, FAQs, and contribute to knowledge transfer
What You Bring:
5–8 years in M365 support & migrations
Deep expertise in Exchange Online (mandatory), SharePoint, Teams
Strong problem-solving, communication & documentation skills
Experience with tenant-to-tenant migration challenges
