Mission Overview
As part of the engineering team, you’ll contribute to the design and development of scalable, high-performance backend services in a complex and demanding environment. This is a great opportunity to work on mission-critical applications used by major financial institutions around the world.
Your responsabilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based backend services
Contribute to architecture discussions and implementation decisions
Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to ensure code quality and performance
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate within a fast-paced Agile team
Your profile
Solid experience in Java 8+ development (Spring Boot is a plus)
Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and multi-threaded environments
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and automated testing frameworks
Comfortable working with databases (SQL/NoSQL)
Fluent in English
