Mondrian Alpha have partnered with a growing Alternative Investment firm who are looking to hire a Portfolio & Asset Management Analyst to join their back/middle office team and support across their Credit and/or NPL portfolios.

This hire will sit within the back/middle office function and play a key role in managing and analysing portfolio-level and deal-level data across a range of strategies. You will be responsible for analysing investment performance, preparing valuation and portfolio reports, and supporting ongoing monitoring processes. The role will also involve working directly with the Investor Relations team to assist on fundraising activity and investor reporting. In addition, you will coordinate with a range of external parties including loan servicers, facility agents, sponsors, and investment partners to ensure the smooth flow of reporting and data.

For this, we are looking for candidates with at least 5 years’ experience in the alternative investment space, ideally with exposure to Credit or NPLs. Candidates should hold a CFA / Accounting qualification (ACA/CPA/ACCA etc). Strong Excel skills are essential as you will be required to build and manipulate financial models on a daily basis and it is important to be analytically minded and detail-oriented.
