Job Title:- R&D Engineer
Location:- Leuven, Belgium
Language:- English, Dutch or French
Mode:- Hybrid
Duration:-1year

Assignment Responsibilities

Oversee process runs under the guidance of the project leader or scientist.
Suggest and implement process improvements.
Perform thin film deposition using techniques such as:
Spin-coating.
Physical or chemical vapor deposition (PVD/CVD).
Atomic-layer deposition (ALD).
Conduct physical and optical characterization of deposited layers and devices.
Maintain consistent and rigorous reporting of processes and results.
Required Knowledge and Skills

Education: Master's degree or higher in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, material engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: Familiarity with thin film layer processing and analysis (optical, microscopical, morphological).
Soft Skills:
Team-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and deliverables.
Organized and capable of adhering to strict safety and housekeeping lab protocols.
Language: Proficiency in English is mandatory due to the international nature of the environment.
