Job Title: Business Analyst – Order to Cash & Contract Lifecycle Management

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Order to Cash processes, ideally with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate will have experience working in complex process environments, ideally within industries such as media, technology, or SaaS. Experience with IFS systems is highly desirable, though not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements for the Order to Cash (O2C) process, with a focus on improving efficiency and accuracy throughout the process, from order creation to payment.
Support and lead the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to streamline and automate business processes related to O2C and CLM.
Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements in complex environments and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
Gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring they are accurately translated into technical specifications for system improvements or new system implementations.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure successful integration of business processes with systems such as IFS (if applicable), and other relevant enterprise systems.
Perform data analysis and support reporting to monitor O2C and CLM performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Participate in system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that process and system changes meet business needs and objectives.
Ensure alignment of business processes with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) processes and, ideally, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Experience working in complex process environments, with a demonstrated ability to handle challenging business requirements and workflows.
Familiarity with IFS systems is highly desirable, but not essential.
Experience within industries such as media, technology, or SaaS is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex processes and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
